Code of Conduct
In 2005, we conducted a thorough review of our Code of Conduct, in our endeavor to adjust it to the new requirements outlined by international and local regulations.
The Code of Conduct governs the behavior of the Board, the statutory auditors, the management team and employees and underscores the ethics, transparency and integrity of the people who work at TGS. Among other issues, it sets forth the prohibition to distort information or forge any document, behave in such a way as to damage our company or obtain an improper personal gain in conflict with the corporate interests. It further requires all those who must issue information to be familiar with the procedures of the CNV (Argentine Stock Exchange Commission) and the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States) and to inform with transparency.
TGS employees must report any infringement of the Code of Conduct. For this purpose, a free line 0-800-666-0962 was established, where the anonymous reporting of misconduct can be made.
