Corporate Governance Practices

Our corporate governance practices are regulated by applicable Argentine law (particularly, the Commercial Companies Law No. 19,550, as amended), the Decree Nª 677/01, the standards of the CNV and our Corporate By-laws.

Since some of our securities are registered with the SEC and listed on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) we are subject to the rules and regulations of the NYSE.

These regulations require companies to disclose any significant difference between the Corporate Governance Practices of their country of origin and those applied by USA companies under NYSE listing standards.
