A great place to work
As a tool to monitor our work environment, since 2006 we have used the survey designed by the Great Place To Work® Institute. This initiative derives from our determination to strengthen our leadership style based on mutual trust, a style that promotes a healthy and challenging work environment, in which every employee can fulfill his professional goals.
The use of this valuable tool has allowed us to compare ourselves with the many leading companies that participate in the sampling. In the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 editions, TGS was nominated as one of the
best companies to work for in Argentina.
Being among the best-rated companies has earned us a special acknowledgment by the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, which awarded prizes to all listed companies with leading positions in this survey.
Every year, Apertura -a leading Argentine business magazine- presents its ranking of companies with outstanding performance in Human Resources; a list that comprises over 100 companies - small, medium size and big- and outlines their strategies to take care of their greatest assets: their people. In the 2010 edition, TGS reached the 10th position in this ranking, among companies with fewer than 1,000 employees
