Acknowledgement to Human Resources Management
In 2007, our SOS Joven program - aimed at supporting our employees’ children- was awarded the following prizes:
- Eikon de Oro (Gold Award) in the category In-Company Communication
- Meta 4 Second Prize for Innovation in Human Resources
- Special Acknowledgement granted by the Conocimiento y Dirección magazine in its prize for Best Practices In Human Resources.
As expressed by the Meta 4 Prize’s jury, the project “is in line with latest global trends in Human Resources Management, is fully implemented with high quality standards, and can be easily exported to other companies”.
In 2008, our benefits program -Plus Beneficios!- was awarded the acknowledgements listed below :
- First Prize in Best Practices in Human Resources granted by the Conocimiento y Dirección Magazine.
- Eikon de Plata (Silver Award) in the category In-company Communication.
- Special acknowledgement in the 2008 edition of the Meta4 Prize for Innovation in Human Resources.
