1) What does our Staff Recruitment Process consist in?

  • This process constitutes the first stage in the management of Human Resources and aims at identifying and recruiting talent. It allows us to build future in terms of Human Resources through transfers, career promotions and head- hunting of professionals in the market.
  • It involves the assessment of the knowledge, the experience, capabilities and attitude - current and potential- of people in connection with a specific profile.
  • The efficiency of the process is shown when positions throughout the company are filled by people who are able to perform their responsibilities. In other words, when the right person fills the right position at the right time.

2) What is our Recruitment and Selection Methodology?

Our methodology for the selection of human resources is based on a comprehensive assessment that comprises technical and attitude features, performance capabilities, in order to ensure that the result is achieved and our values are “lived” as well.

3) Which are the stages of the Selection and Filling of Vacancies?

  1. Short-list:
    Once the internal promotion and recruitment opportunities have been dealt with, market sources are appraised. If your CV has been selected you will be invited to an initial interview. This interview will be complemented with some selection techniques.
  2. Interview with HR Recruiter:
    If you are selected to participate in the interview process, the HR recruiter will call you to arrange an initial interview. During this interview, your experience and qualifications will be discussed, complemented with some selection techniques.
  3. Technical Interview:
    If your profile is aligned with the requirements of the position, you will be contacted for an interview with the person in charge of the area that requested the filling of the vacancy. The main goal of this interview is that the specialist assesses your technical qualifications and your experience.
  4. Selection:
    The final decision on the candidate who will fill the vacancy is in charge of the area that requested the recruitment process, and it shall be based on all the information gathered in the stages mentioned above.
  5. Exams:
    Once the process is completed, if you are selected, you will proceed with the psycho-technical test (if so required by the position) and a pre-occupational medical exam.
  6. Induction:
    At this stage, we welcome you to our company, and provide you with overall information about us: our Vision, Mission, Values as well as our Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health Policies, our Code of Conduct and also specific information related to the work area, its objectives, structure, responsibilities, safety standards, etc.

4) How to load your CV

  • Enter to a Join our Team, in the Human Resources Section .
  • If it is your first time, you will have to open a personal account, where you can keep your information updated. If you already have a User ID, just enter your user ID and password.
  • When you are ready to load your information, remember to do it as thoroughly as possible. The system will request you to fill in the following fields:
    • Personal Information.
    • Studies, qualifications, degrees obtained.
    • Work experience.
    • Further information and comments.
    • If you should forget some information, you are always in time to add it, through your user ID and password.

      5) Why we don´t accept paper applications

      • Having a digital data base ensures easy access and use, and allows you to load and keep your CV updated yourself.
      • Our data base system organizes your information automatically.
