Among other benefits, we have a flexible time policy for mothers who have just given birth, offering them the possibility of a reduced leave schedule until their baby is one year old, a special leave for fathers to share their newborn baby with their families, aid to disabled children’s parents, and much more.

Our goal includes your health and your family’s.
In addition to health insurance programs within a national and international scope, we also have reimbursement schemes for medical and dental expenses of all our employees. We also encourage our employees to keep fit and practice sports through our gym and several agreements with sport institutions.
Additionally, we conduct a Health Survey to achieve a proactive management of our employees’ Health Program.
