Our training and development activities meet the needs and interests of both the employees and the company, promoting individual and collective learning.
Leaders
We have developed a LEADERS PROGRAM, as we can not ignore the undeniable role that our management team plays in the coordination of the different actions of our personnel, in the management of our work environment as well as in the creation of an atmosphere favorable to company learning. The objective of this program, directed at senior and middle managers, is to promote continuous learning on best practices in human resources management at the company.
Moreover, technical training is constant and devised to suit the specific needs of the business.
Technical Training Center
Our Technical Training Center is designed to relate our operating needs to the technical training objectives. The courses are taught by members of our staff who have received teacher training. The teaching areas comprise: Welding; Cathodic Protection; Valves Calibration; Pipeline Operation; Lube Oil and Seals, Centrifugal Compressor Units.

It is crucial the role that our ega+ s play within our organization. They consist in high performance teams based on self-management, and their purpose is to foster team development, boost its self-sufficiency and generate high commitment- thus encouraging the team to undertake new responsibilities for the achievement of common goals, which constitutes a fundamental tool in professional development.
Specialization in Gas
Post-degree of specialization in gas, designed in a joint development with IGPUBA (Institute of Gas and Petroleum of the University of Buenos Aires) and exclusively addressed to TGS’s staff. The program facilitates tools and knowledge, seeking to enhance the performance of its participants and allowing them to grow and develop in the company. The activity provides an overall and integral outlook not only of the company but also of the business segment as well.
