Shareholders
TGS’s controlling shareholder is Compañía de Inversiones de Energía S.A. (“CIESA”), which holds approximately 55.3% of our company’s common stock. The remaining ownership of TGS’s common stock is listed in Buenos Aires and New York Stock Exchange markets.
CIESA is owned by: (i) Petrobras Argentina S.A. and a subsidiary, which altogether hold 50% of CIESA's Common Stock, (ii) CIESA Trust (whose trustee is The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. Sucursal Argentina) who has a trust shareholding of 40%; and (iii) EPCA S.A. (which belongs to Pampa Energía S.A.) with the remaining 10%.
