TGS STARTED LIQUEFIED GAS EXPORTS TO BRAZIL
Last October six tanker trucks transported LPG fuel along almost 3,000 kilometers up to the city of San Pablo.
The LPG product was dispatched at TGS’ Puerto Galván Plant., located in Bahía Blanca, loaded onto tanker trucks belonging to the logistics company Contatto, with destination to the company Ultragas, for the final production of propellant gas. The mentioned trucks transported the liquid for almost 3,000 kilometers, up to the city of Maua, in Greater San Pablo. This dispatch was the first of three to be carried out between the end of this year and the beginning of the next. TGS produces 550 thousand tons of LPG at its Cerri Complex, located in Bahía Blanca, out of which 50% is destined to exports— either by trucks to regional countries or by ships to other continents— whereas the remaining 50% is sold to the local market.
